The proficient handling of diabetic wounds, a rising issue coinciding with the global escalation diabetes cases, poses significant clinical difficulties. A range biofunctional dressings have been engineered and produced to expedite healing process wounds. This study proposes multifunctional hydrogel dressing for wound healing, which is composed Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) N1-(4-boronobenzyl)-N3-(4-boronophenyl)-N1, N1, N3, N3-teramethylpropane-1, 3-diaminium (TSPBA), dual-drug loaded Gelatin methacryloyl (GM) microgel. GM microgel sodium fusidate (SF) nanoliposomes (LP) that contain metformin hydrochloride (MH). Notably, adhesive self-healing properties enhance their therapeutic potential ease application. In vitro assessments indicate SF-infused can eliminate more than 98% bacteria within 24 h maintain sustained release over 15 days. Additionally, MH incorporated has demonstrated effective glucose level regulation duration exceeding demonstrates ability neutralize ROS throughout entire process, predominantly by electron donation sequestration. dressing, integrated biological functions efficient bactericidal activity against both MSSA MRSA strains, blood modulation, control active oxygen levels, successfully promoted wounds in rats 14 exhibited effectiveness facilitating highlighting its considerable promise translation.

Chiral 1,2,3-triazoles are highly attractive motifs in various fields. However, achieving catalytic asymmetric click reactions of azides and alkynes for chiral triazole synthesis remains a significant challenge, mainly due to the limited systems substrate scope. Herein, we report an enantioselective azidation/click cascade reaction N-propargyl-β-ketoamides with readily available potent azido transfer reagent via copper catalysis, which affords variety up 99% yield 95% ee under mild conditions. Four sets of previously synthesized 4-methyl-7-substituted coumarin derivatives were screened for their in vitro anti-inflammatory and anti-tubercular activities. The potential 3a–t, 5a–o, 6a–n, 7a–f compounds was evaluated by an anti-denaturation assay using diclofenac sodium as the reference standard.
