ABSTRACT Six new complexes of Co(II), Cu(II), and Zn(II) metal were synthesized by microwave‐assisted green method from fluorinated Schiff base ligands. The ligands prepared the condensation reaction 4‐(p‐fluorophenyl)‐5‐methyl‐2‐aminothiazole with 4‐methylsalicyldehyde (L1H) 4‐methoxysalicyldehyde (L2H). FT‐IR, NMR, HR‐MS spectral data confirm tridentate nature in Co(II) bidentate Cu(II) complexes. elemental analysis TGA study revealed 1:2 (M:L) stoichiometry all Electronic absorption, magnetic susceptibility, XRD express geometry crystal systems antimicrobial anticancer their achieved. results indicate that L2H have greater potency against Gram‐positive bacteria. In contrast, L1H exhibited zone inhibition Gram‐negative fungal strains. Furthermore, among complexes, complex ligand was found to exhibit potent activity IC 50 values 16.18 11.10 μM MDA‐MB‐231 A549 cell lines compared other parent Molecular docking EGFR (PDB: 5XGM) shows strong binding interactions good free energy support experimental results.
