Abstract This study reports the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNps) by using Lactobacillus reuteri . Characterized AgNps exhibited near‐spherical morphology with an average size 86.54 nm, as revealed SEM (scanning electron microscopy), TEM (transmission and AFM (atomic force microscopy) analyses. The displayed a slightly rough surface, some particles exhibiting surface protrusions sharp edges. zeta potential measurement −30.16 mV electrophoretic mobility −2.36 cm 2 /Vs that indicated presence negatively charged functional groups on suggesting stabilizing biomolecules prevent nanoparticle aggregation in solution. hydrodynamic was determined to be 140.3 XRD (X‐ray diffraction) analysis crystallinity 76.89% crystal 8.35 nm interplanar distance 0.233 nm. demonstrated potent antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa (92.9% killing efficiency) ATCC reference strain (76.8%). Molecular docking moderate interactions between optimized Ag 3 cluster key amino acid residues (Arg277, Gln279, Trp280, Asp273, Val276) P. protein These interactions, binding energies ranging from −1.89 −3.68 kcal/mol, suggested mechanism for observed activity. A charge transfer interaction involving contributing stabilization energy 3.66 identified factor Ag‐protein complex formation.
