Abstract This work reports on the plasmonic properties of composite arrays consisting graphene nanoribbons and perovskite nanowires, in mid infrared region 5 - 60 um. In array, a set are placed which embedded glass substrate. Two scenarios investigated this work; one is that matched, while other mismatched. The light transmittance numerically simulated, via finite difference time domain method. Multiple resonances observed, corresponding electric field distributions calculated. results demonstrate characteristics can be adjusted by varying parameters including chemical potential layer number graphene, as well refractive index perovskite, etc. addition, Fano lineshape revealed resonance peaks transmittance. It fitted to Beutler-Fano formula, characteristic $q$ factor determined. may useful studies similar nanostructures employ perovskite-based nanoarrays.
