Conventional wound dressings used in trauma treatment have a single function and insufficient adaptability to the environment, making it difficult meet complex demands of healing process. Stimuli-responsive hydrogels can respond specifically particular environment area realize on-demand responsive release by loading active substances, which effectively promote healing. In this paper, BC/PAA-pH (BPPRHs) were prepared graft copolymerization acrylic acid (AA) end molecular chain bacterial cellulose (BC) network structure. Antibacterial pH-responsive 'smart' curcumin (Cur) onto hydrogels. Surface morphology, chemical groups, crystallinity, rheological, mechanical properties BPPRHs analyzed different characterization methods. The drug behavior under physiological conditions bacteriostatic BPPRH-Cur also investigated. results structural performance studies show that hydrogel has three-dimensional mesh structure pH capacity. environmental conformed logistic Weibull kinetic models. displayed good antimicrobial activity against common pathogens infections such as E. coli, S. aureus, P. aeruginosa destroying cell membrane lysing cells. This study lays foundation for development new pharmaceutical with positive health, economic social benefits.
