Accurate assessment of surface roughness is critical for numerous applications ranging from quality control in manufacturing to material characterization. To achieve a functional capability perception, flexible pressure sensor based on Polyvinylidene Fluoride-Ti 3 C xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2 (PVDF/MXene) nanocomposite developed. The consists electrospun PVDF nanofibers embedded with two-dimensional MXene nanosheets. enhances the piezoelectric β- phase content up 97.2% at optimal loading 2.5 wt%. PVDF/MXene exhibited high voltage sensitivity 0.059 V kPa -1 under applied pressures. Wavelet transform analysis signals obtained by scanning sandpapers varying showed distinct time-frequency patterns corresponding different levels. Unsupervised dimensionality reduction using t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding (t-SNE) revealed clustering data into categories. A convolutional neural network (CNN) classifier achieved 98% accuracy categorizing signal wavelet transforms. shows promise metrology applications.

Self-powered sensors are an important application development direction of nanogenerators. The fully self-powered systems that do not rely on traditional energy such as mains power or batteries is great value to the future design loT. Such system easy task due detailed calculation multiple units' consumption combined with smart minimizing total full design. By converting wind into electrical and designing indication simultaneously utilizes this energy, we completed a sensing transduce strength high-speed rail. sensor part modulus pleated elastomer at same time achieves pressure-LED indication. circuit simplified by dropping control chips, decreasing consumption, increasing reliability. This crumple has faster activation speed than other cup can sense force when train passes protect canopy structure. presents ideas for designs systems.
