Introduction Understanding the genetic mechanisms behind muscle growth and development is crucial for improving efficiency of animal protein production. Recent poultry studies have identified genes related to explored how environmental stressors, such as temperature extremes, affect production meat quality. Non-coding RNAs, including circular RNAs (circRNAs), play roles in modulating gene expression regulating translation mRNAs into proteins. This study examined circRNA turkey skeletal stem cells under thermal stress. The objectives were identify quantify circRNAs, assess abundance following RNAse R depletion, differentially expressed circRNAs (DECs), predict potential microRNA (miRNA) targets DECs their associated genes. Materials methods Cultured from two lines (Nicholas commercial Ohio State Random Bred Control 2) three treatments: cold (33°C), control (38°C), hot (43°C) compared at both proliferation differentiation stages. CircRNA prediction differential splicing analyses conducted using CIRIquant pipeline untreated RNase depletion treated libraries. Predicted interactions between miRNAs, well impact secondary structure on these interactions, investigated. Results A total 11,125 predicted within treatment groups, Differential indicated that was significantly altered by treatments background cells. 140 across comparisons. In general, more comparisons stage line stage. Discussion highlights significant stressors non-coding role regulation. Elucidating regulation can help further our understanding production, underscoring broader implications this research enhancing efficiency.

Background: Circular RNAs (circRNAs), covalently closed single‐stranded RNAs, have been implicated in cancer progression. A previous investigation revealed that circ‐ZEB1 is expressed abnormally liver cancer. However, the roles of non‐small cell lung (NSCLC) are unknown. Methods: In this study, we used fluorescence situ hybridization (FISH) and RT‐qPCR to study expression NSCLC cells tissues. luciferase reporter assay was performed validate downstream targets circ‐ZEB1. Transwell migration, 5‐ethynyl‐20‐deoxyuridine (EdU), counting kit‐8 (CCK8) assays were assess proliferation migration. vivo metastasis tumorigenesis also investigate functions during NSCLC. Results: Our results showed increased tissues cells. downregulation suppressed as well migration vitro vivo. Luciferase data confirmed EIF5A miR‐491‐5p overexpression suppression reversed post silencing. Conclusion: collective findings advised takes part malignant progression through regulating miR‐491‐5p/EIF5A axis, highlighting its potential an effective therapeutic target.

Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) regulate numerous biological functions in animals. Despite recent advances lncRNA research, their structural and functional annotation classification remain an ongoing challenge. This review provides a comprehensive overview of human lncRNAs, highlighting genomic organization, mode action role physiological pathological processes. Subgroups genes are discussed using representative examples visualizations organization. The HUGO Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC) categorizes lncRNAs into nine subgroups: (1) microRNA host genes, (2) small nucleolar RNA (3) long intergenic non-protein coding (LINC), (4) antisense RNAs, (5) overlapping transcripts, (6) intronic (7) divergent (8) with non-systematic symbols (9) FAM root systems. Circular (circRNAs) separate class that shares some characteristics divided exonic, intronic-exonic types. LncRNAs act as molecular signals, decoys, scaffolds sponges for microRNAs often function competing endogenous (ceRNAs). involved various processes, such cell differentiation, p53-mediated DNA damage response, glucose metabolism, inflammation immune functions. They associated several diseases, including types neoplasms, Alzheimer's disease autoimmune diseases. A clear system is essential understanding facilitating practical applications biomedical research. Future studies should focus on drug development biomarker discovery. As important regulators represent promising targets innovative therapies.

Viral myocarditis (VMC) is a common inflammatory disease of the myocardium that characterized mainly by cell infiltration and cardiomyocyte necrosis. Coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3) cause VMC, although major progress has been made in treatment long-term prognosis still not ideal further research needed. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) are RNA molecules without coding functions include microRNAs (miRNAs), long non-coding (lncRNAs) circular (circRNAs), which play extensive regulatory roles gene expression; however, their mechanisms action CVB3-induced VMC remain incompletely understood. Here, we review currently known various ncRNAs models, with focus on death, inflammation viral replication, aim providing reference for therapeutic or vaccine development VMC.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is an autoimmune of unknown etiology characterized by recurrent chronic inflammation the gastrointestinal tract. The incidence IBD increasing and has become a focus research on digestive diseases. Despite advances in understanding its multifactorial etiology, including genetic predisposition, microbiome dysbiosis, immune dysregulation. However, molecular mechanisms driving pathogenesis remain incompletely elucidated. Circular RNA (circRNA) stable single-stranded with closed-loop structure conserved nature. circRNA possesses multiple functions, such as adsorption microRNAs RNA-binding proteins, involved regulation gene splicing transcription, well protein translation. circRNAs progression their clinical potential biomarkers or therapeutic targets are yet to be systematically explored. In this review, we comprehensively synthesize recent advancements related IBD, integrating evidence from vitro, vivo, studies. We analyze aberrant expression profiles tissues (e.g., intestinal mucosa, peripheral blood, exosomes) discuss mechanism action contributions inflammation, epithelial barrier dysfunction, autophagy, fibrosis, colitis-associated cancer (CAC). Furthermore, evaluate methodologies for detection modulation, interference, viral vector delivery, PLGA MSs delivery system strategies. This review highlights circRNA-focused strategies diagnosis treatment offering scientific foundation advancing precision medicine management.
