Background:
Circular
RNAs
(circRNAs),
covalently
closed
single‐stranded
RNAs,
have
been
implicated
in
cancer
progression.
A
previous
investigation
revealed
that
circ‐ZEB1
is
expressed
abnormally
liver
cancer.

the
roles
of
non‐small
cell
lung
(NSCLC)
are
unknown.
Methods:
In
this
study,
we
used
fluorescence
situ
hybridization
(FISH)
and
RT‐qPCR
to
study
expression
NSCLC
cells
tissues.

review,
we

synthesize
recent
advancements

IBD,

evidence

vitro,

studies.
We
analyze
aberrant

tissues
(e.g.,
intestinal
mucosa,
peripheral
blood,
exosomes)
discuss
mechanism
action
contributions
inflammation,
epithelial
barrier
dysfunction,
autophagy,
fibrosis,
colitis-associated
cancer
(CAC).
Furthermore,
evaluate
methodologies
for
detection
modulation,
interference,
viral
vector
delivery,
PLGA
MSs
delivery
system
strategies.
This
review
highlights
circRNA-focused
strategies
diagnosis

scientific
foundation
advancing
