Abstract Although the concepts of mental well-being, difficulties in emotion regulation, resilience, and psychological distress have been investigated cross-sectional studies, their absence from a longitudinal study demonstrates gap literature. Abstract Background Emergency nurses frequently encounter death and experience significant levels of anxiety, impacting their mental well-being professional performance. Objective Explore the resilience anxiety among emergency examine relationship between these two constructs. Research design Following STROBE guidelines, a cross-sectional descriptive correlational was employed, with data collected from 417 in three hospitals. A negative correlation observed suggesting that as decreased, tended to increase. Significant associations found gender, age, years experience. stepwise hierarchical linear regression analysis substantial factors predicting revealed resilience, experience, gender predictors explaining 10.2% variance.
