Chaos systems find extensive applications in cryptography and pseudorandom number generation due to their ability generate pseudo-random signals. This paper focuses on enhancing the complexity of chaotic by introducing memristor, a nonlinear component. We propose novel map called 2D memristive Cubic (2D-MCM), which integrates memristor with create discrete mapping. The 2D-MCM exhibits rich dynamical behavior broad parameter space. Notably, displays boosting bifurcation behavior. As control parameters increase, demonstrates an expanded range values, indicating its larger sequences. To validate performance, we establish hardware platform physically capture attractors 2D-MCM. verify performance generating sequences, designed video encryption algorithm based selectively encrypts specific areas within video, correlation coefficients encrypted horizontal, vertical, diagonal directions being 0.0002, -0.0005, 0.0004, respectively. Through simulation experiments security analysis, demonstrate that performs well tasks.

Chaos-based encryption is promising for safeguarding digital images. Nonetheless, existing chaos-based algorithms still exhibit certain shortcomings. Given this, we propose a novel multi-channel image algorithm that leverages pixel reorganization and hyperchaotic maps (MIEA-PRHM). Our MIEA-PRHM employs two to jointly generate chaotic sequences, ensuring larger key space better randomness. During the process, first convert input images into fused matrices through reorganization. Then, apply rounds of scrambling diffusion operations, coupled with one round substitution high 4-bit matrix. For low matrix, conduct operations. Extensive experiments comparisons demonstrate outperforms many recent in various aspects, especially efficiency.
