Abstract Cell therapies as treatments for neonatal conditions have attracted significant research and parent interest over the last two decades. Mesenchymal stromal cells, umbilical cord blood cells neural stem translate from lab, to preclinical into clinical trials, with contributions being made all world. Background: Thyroid hormones are essential for the proper functioning of female reproductive system. Seasonal changes in thyroid women age not fully understood. we aimed to investigate seasonal thyrotrophin and age. Methods: Approximately 75,000 TSH hormone levels measured 32,935 between 2019 2023 were evaluated on a monthly basis. Maternal hormonal and metabolic disorders, such as diabetes obesity, can adversely affect the intrauterine environment, resulting in suboptimal fetal growth an elevated risk of cardiovascular diseases later life offspring. In this review, we examine long-term impact maternal androgen levels during pregnancy on hyperandrogenemia is linked to various neurodevelopmental including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum anxiety-like behaviors, mediated by alterations key brain regions responsible for emotion cognition. Furthermore, children born mothers with exhibit heightened dysfunctions, insulin resistance, hypertension, which manifest early life. Prenatal exposure androgens has also been reduced birth weights altered growth, potentially due impaired placental function. Additionally, testosterone influence offspring sex ratios, often favoring male births, though exceptions occur certain conditions, congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
