Abstract Cell therapies as treatments for neonatal conditions have attracted significant research and parent interest over the last two decades. Mesenchymal stromal cells, umbilical cord blood cells neural stem translate from lab, to preclinical into clinical trials, with contributions being made all world. In this review, we examine long-term impact maternal androgen levels during pregnancy on hyperandrogenemia is linked to various neurodevelopmental including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, autism spectrum anxiety-like behaviors, mediated by alterations key brain regions responsible for emotion cognition. Furthermore, children born mothers with exhibit heightened dysfunctions, insulin resistance, hypertension, which manifest early life.
