Modern bioeconomy and sustainability demands lead food technology in the development of novel biobased edible preservatives. Herein, characterization polysaccharide (xanthan gum kappa-carrageenan)-based nanoemulgels (NGs) enhanced with essential oil derivatives; pure citral (CT); carvacrol (CV); various CT:CV ratios (25:75, 50:50, 75:25) are presented. The obtained NGs applied as active coatings for extending shelf life Protected Designation Origin (PDO) green table olives Chalkidiki. zeta potential demonstrated high stability treatments, while light scattering measurement scanning electron microscopy images confirmed <100 nm droplet size. Cancer has arisen from both genetic mutations and epigenetic changes, making epigenetics a crucial area of research for innovative cancer prevention treatment strategies. This dual perspective propelled into the forefront research. review highlights important roles DNA methylation, histone modifications non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), particularly microRNAs (miRNAs) long RNAs, which are key regulators cancer-related gene expression. It explores potential epigenetic-based therapies to revolutionize patient outcomes by selectively modulating specific markers involved in tumorigenesis. The examines promising biomarkers early detection prognosis. also recent progress oligonucleotide-based therapies, including antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) antimiRs, precisely modulate processes. Furthermore, concept editing is discussed, providing insight future role precision medicine patients. integration nanomedicine therapy been explored offers approaches improve therapeutic efficacy. comprehensive advances seeks advance field oncology, ultimately culminating improved fight against cancer.

Here, we report the in situ generation of Bi nanoparticles (BiNPs) into a nanoporous matrix by impregnation bismuth chloride and subsequent reduction with sodium borohydride. The was created acid activation natural montmorillonite clay under controlled conditions aim that it may serve as host for BiNPs. characterization stabilized BiNPs done using Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR), powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), field emission scanning microscopy-energy dispersive (FESEM-EDX) techniques. TEM study reveals an average particle size 7.16 nm are well-distributed on surface acid-activated clay. synthesized exhibited excellent catalytic activity degradation 4-nitrophenol (4-NP) aqueous medium remarkable results. 4-NP to 4-aminophenol (4-AP) at 25 °C, presence borohydride, brought about almost 100% conversion 6 min rate constant 0.20098 s
