Colorectal cancer is one of the leading causes death in world. This study presents findings a prospective non-randomized clinical for evaluating new computational model monitoring colorectal patients active treatment phase using artificial intelligence and Internet Things. For eight weeks, self-reported perceived symptoms adverse effects, practiced physical activity, data about their diet. The outcome assessment was based on comparing intervention control groups. Patients evaluated User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) System Usability Scale (SUS). who participated reported signs more accurately (control: 64.7%; intervention: 92.3%; p = 0.1038). In group, activity effective, most (61.5%) interacted with chatbot at least 62.5% period. Results indicate that contributes to assertive collection greater patient engagement self-management effects cancer. Moreover, contributed increasing practice light by patients. UEQ SUS scores met users' expectations has acceptable usability.

Epidemiological studies have shown that the consumption of a high-fat diet (HFD) is positively related to development obesity. Lycopene (LYC) can potentially combat HFD-induced obesity and metabolic disorders in rats. This study aimed investigate effect LYC on syndrome assess its anti-inflammatory antioxidant effects liver adipose tissue rats fed an HFD. Thirty-six male Wistar albino were divided into three groups. Group Ι (the control group) was normal diet, group ΙΙ received HFD for 16 weeks, ΙΙΙ (HFD + LYC) 12 weeks then (25 mg/kg b.wt) administered four weeks. Lipid peroxidation, antioxidants, lipid profile, function biomarkers, inflammatory markers determined. The results showed long-term significantly increased weight gain, weight, cholesterol triglyceride levels. Rats displayed higher levels peroxidation markers. Moreover, white histopathological investigations treatment mended damaged tissue. Overall, supplementation successfully reversed changes shifts through activity. Therefore, therapeutic potential manage associated pathologies.

Oncogenes are thought to play an important role in aberrant regulation of growth factors, which is believed be initiation event carcinogenesis. However, recent genetic and pharmacological studies have shown that the Warburg effect (WE) needed for tumour growth. It refers extensively studied aerobic glycolysis over past decade, although its impact on cancer remains unclear. Meanwhile, a large body evidence has indicated oxidative stress (OS) connected with occurrence progression various forms cancer. Psychosocial factors (PSF), such as chronic depression, sadness, stressful life experiences, stress-prone personality, emotional distress or poor quality affect immune system contribute outcomes. Here, we examine relationship between WE, OS, PSF, metal ions, other carcinogens, development different cancers from viewpoint physiological biochemical mechanisms.

Abstract Background The health benefits of dietary polyphenol intake (DPI) including improved lipid profiles, blood pressure, insulin resistance, and reduced systemic inflammation has revealed previously. However, the results numerous studies are not consistent it seems that these effects attributed to some DPI. In current research, we evaluated DPI on metabolic markers glycemic among overweight obese individuals. Methods this cross-sectional study, 487 individuals with obesity were participated. Dietary was assessed by a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) amount calculated based information derived from Phenol-Explorer database ( www.phenolexplorer.eu/contents ). Bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) used measure body composition. Systolic diastolic pressures measured sphygmomanometer. Biochemical assays fasting sugar, serum lipids’ concentrations enzymatic methods. Results According our results, males more likely be at highest tertile P = 0.04). Also, those had higher fat free mass physical activity level < 0.05). Lower TG in crude model also observed, but, lost its significant threshold after adjustment for confounders. Subjects second have lower systolic pressure sex age adjusted [OR 0.970; CI 0.940-1.000; 0.049]. For other biochemical variables, no association observed. Conclusion total associated SBP Further warranted better elucidate observed results.
