Keratin-positive giant cell-rich tumor (KPGCT) is an extremely rare and recently described mesenchymal neoplasm that occurs in both soft tissue bone, frequently found young women. It has locally recurrent potential if incompletely excised but low risk for metastasis. KPGCT histologically similar to conventional cell tumors of shows the presence keratin-positive mononuclear cells. Interestingly, also shares some morphological features with xanthogranulomatous epithelial tumors. These two have been shown harbor HMGA2–NCOR2 fusion, arguing favor a single entity. Surgery treatment choice localized KPGCT. Therapeutic options advanced or metastatic disease are unknown. This review provides overview current knowledge on clinical presentation, pathogenesis, histopathology, In addition, we will discuss differential diagnosis this emerging
