Social media hashtags play a significant role in increasing the visibility of health information by making it easier for people to explore health-related content. Health promotion campaigns use campaign-specific disseminate messages, enabling individuals access accurate and timely resources updates. The study aims discover patterns connection between identify most influential used on Twitter American Heart Month campaigns. We collected total 73,288 tweets containing #AmericanHeartMonth January 2019 March 2023 retrieved 18,143 original tweets, 42,930 retweets, 2,519 quotes, 20,846 likes related past five adapted co-occurrence network analysis relationships association rules mining assess quality strength co-occurred hashtags. While #AmericanHeartMonth, #OurHearts, #HeartMonth central roles all hashtag networks, results indicate #OurHearts within networks. highest density has been observed quoted introducing new range such as #GoRedForWomen, #WearRedDay, #HeartDisease, #HeartHealth users, indicating positive correlation co-occurring users' engagement. measurements (Lift > 1) top 5 data subsets. employed powerful techniques that may have discussions drive engagement network. In conclusion, we recommend additional structures conjunction with heart topics improve community building effectiveness disseminating messages future contributes knowledge practice offering structured data-driven approach providing practical guidance public practitioners, professionals, organisations optimise content, targeting, messaging reach engage broader audience information.

Cancer is a serious threat to human health, and chemotherapy for cancer limited by severe side effects. Curcumin (CUR) commonly used natural product antitumor treatment without safety concerns. However, low bioavailability poor tumor accumulation are great obstacles its clinical application. Our previous research has demonstrated that platelet membrane-camouflaged nanoparticles can efficiently ameliorate the in vivo kinetic characteristics enhance affinity of payloads. Nevertheless, efficiency this formulation still needs be thoroughly investigated, drug release behavior limited. Herein, CUR-loaded membrane bioinspired chitosan-modified liposome (PCLP-CUR) was constructed improve CUR release. PCLP-CUR shown have long retention time, improved bioavailability, strong targeting capacity effective cellular uptake. The incorporation chitosan enabled cargoes quickly under mild acidic conditions, leading more complete favoring subsequent treatment. Both vitro investigations showed could significantly anticancer efficacy with minimal effects through biomimetic modification. In summary, developed delivery system provide promising strategy tumor-targeting therapy phytochemical delivery.

Cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) is a promising target for cancer treatment, developing new effective CDK2 inhibitors of great significance in anticancer therapy. The involvement tumorigenesis has been debated, but recent evidence suggests that specifically inhibiting could be beneficial treating certain tumors. This approach remains attractive the development drugs. Several small-molecule targeting have reached clinical trials, selective inhibitor yet to discovered. In this study, we conducted machine learning-based drug designing search candidate CDK2. Machine learning models, including k-NN, SVM, RF, and GNB, were created detect active inactive target. models assessed using 10-fold cross-validation ensure their accuracy reliability. These methods are highly suitable classifying compounds as either or through virtual screening extensive compound libraries. Subsequently, techniques employed analyze test dataset obtained from zinc database. A total 25 with 98% predicted against docked into CDK2’s site. Finally, three selected based on good docking score, and, along reference compound, underwent MD simulation. Morchella esculenta (L.) Pers., referred to as Morel, is a medicinal and edible homologous fungus, which contains many bioactive substances. In polysaccharides are the most abundant have various bioactivities. present work, two novel polysaccharides, Se-MPS MPS, were prepared purified from selenium-enriched (Se-enriched) common Morel mycelia, respectively, their structural immunomodulatory properties evaluated. The results show that Se-enriched treatment significantly changed polysaccharides' chemical composition, molecular weight, sugar chain configuration. addition, also improved fragmentation thermal stability. Importantly, polysaccharide (Se-MPS) could enhance phagocytosis of RAW 264.7 macrophage cells and, remarkably, activate immune response via activating TLR4-TRAF6-MAPKs-NF-κB cascade signaling pathway, finally exerting an function. Based on these findings, appears more potential for development utilization in functional foods or medicines than ordinary polysaccharide.
