Abstract The relationship between gastric cancer and depression remains an area of active investigation, with recent studies suggesting a potential bidirectional association. We present analysis the correlation using data from National Health Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS), employing Mendelian Randomization (MR) to explore causal links these conditions. NHANES adjusted for confounders such as lifestyle factors pre-existing health conditions, revealing higher incidence among individuals cancer. Stepwise regression models further established risk factor developing Conversely, MR genetic variants instrumental variables suggested that significantly impacts development depression, 24 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) showing significant association both Inverse Variance Weighted (IVW) method indicated effect on (OR: 0.979[0.962-0.995]), although strength varied different weighting methods. Reverse did not find impact occurrence cancer, 15 SNPs associated diseases but no observed 0.834 [0.504-1.380]). study's findings underscore importance considering mental well-being in treatment provide new direction future therapeutic approaches. However, limitations focus European ancestry lack specificity regarding types warrant research.

Mesenchymal stem cell exosome (MSCs-exo) is a class of products secreted by mesenchymal cells (MSCs) that contain various biologically active substances. MSCs-exo promising alternative to MSCs due their lower immunogenicity and lack ethical constraints. Ginsenoside Rh2 (Rh2) hydrolyzed component the primary substance ginsenosides. has variety pharmacological functions, including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, antioxidant. Studies have demonstrated gut microbiota metabolites are critical in developing rheumatoid arthritis (RA). In this study, we constructed collagen-induced (CIA) model rats. We used combined with treat CIA To observe effect on joint inflammation, rat feces were collected for 16 rRNA amplicon sequencing untargeted metabolomics analysis. Ginsenoside Rh2 (G-Rh2), a steroidal compound extracted from roots of ginseng, has been extensively studied in tumor therapy. However, its specific regulatory mechanism non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is not well understood. Pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4 (PDK4), central regulator cellular energy metabolism, highly expressed various malignant tumors. We investigated the impact G-Rh2 on progression NSCLC and how it regulated PDK4 to influence aerobic glycolysis mitochondrial function.

: Following spinal cord injury (SCI), autophagy plays a positive role in neuronal protection, whereas pyroptosis triggers an inflammatory response. Ginsenoside-Rh2 (GRh2), known for its neuroprotective effects, is considered promising drug. However, the exact molecular mechanisms underlying these protective effects remain unclear.

Myocardial infarction (MI) is a significant threat to human health worldwide. Following MI, cardiomyocytes (CMs) undergo pyroptosis, exacerbating the damage caused by infarction. Ginseng may play role in alleviating CM pyroptosis. However, further exploration needed regarding its main active ingredients and effects. By employing network pharmacology on of ginseng, MI molecular docking between such pyroptosis-related proteins, we screened for ingredient ginseng. Through docking, identified ginsenoside Rh2, which acts cell as most likely that stably binds proteins. We subsequently constructed neonatal rat oxygen–glucose deprivation (OGD) model vitro an mouse vivo. Ginsenoside Rh2 was administered, with losartan used positive control. In OGD model, increased viability primary CMs mitigated OGD-induced vivo reduced decreased infarct size, improved cardiac function. Our study provides novel therapeutic strategy attenuating
