Hypertension is one of the most serious chronic diseases. This study will focus on systemic antihypertensive mechanisms 5,7-dihydroxyflavone from in silico simulations to vivo validations. In-silico studies were applied by network pharmacology, molecular docking, and dynamic simulation. Based information could act several different blood pressure regulating pathways, docking results confirmed it might direct binding active pocket eNOS, average distance between -eNOS less than 0.4 Å The carried SHRs oral administrated with 10 mg/kg that alleviate hypertensive symptoms within 30 min, but if pretreated L-NAME (10 mg/kg, an eNOS inhibitor) can erase anti-hypertensive effects 5,7-dihydroxyflavone, no affected aminoguanidine pretreatment (100 selective antagonist iNOS). Furthermore, administration does not affect heart rate pulse difference SHR rats. In conclusion, regulation may as agonist achieve its acute effects. These suggest has potential be a candidate medication for urgently lowering requirements without posing risks.

This narrative review intends to provide thorough information on the anti-inflammatory activities of Alpinia plants, largest genus family Zingiberaceae. The articles were searched PubMed database using 'Alpinia AND activity' as keywords, filtered published from 2020 2024 and free full-text. Of approximately 248 members most commonly studied for their are A. galanga, officinarum, zerumbet, oxyphylla. Only zerumbet have been in humans. Studies animal models revealed that plants contributed exogenous antioxidants, reduced proinflammatory cytokines, inhibited enzymes, improved gastric acid gastrointestinal motility, promoted ulcer healing. terpenoids, flavonoids (such kaempferol, quercetin, galangin), diarylheptanoids obtained rhizomes these may crucially play important roles activities. These did not show toxicity toward numerous normal cell lines (RAW 264.7, IEC-6, HepG2, MT-4, NIH-3T3, Vero cells, human peripheral blood mononuclear HaCaT) but toxic cancer (HT29). In humans, galanga was its effects psychostimulants improving mental health, sperm erectile dysfunction. Similarly, officinarum could improve morphology idiopathic infertility, whereas worked a cardio-myorelaxant patients with cardiovascular diseases.

Background: Benign prostate hyperplasia (BPH) is common in elderly men. Previously, paddy waste (both husk and straw) reportedly had chemopreventive potential. The main aim of this study was to explore the properties against disease. This determines antiproliferative activity product spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs). Methods: Aqueous methanol extracts straw were administered SHRs for 17 weeks via drinking water, with no observed toxicity on dietary intake, body weight, liver, or kidney. used 18 male model primary hypertension 6 Wistar Kyoto (WKY) as normotensive controls. divided into three groups: control (n = 6), treated 6, 15 mg/kg), treatment delivered water. Results: It managed reduce blood pressure (72.0 mmHg; p < 0.01) size ventral around 0.05% (p 0.01). Histological analysis revealed signs such a reduction number acini (7.50; 0.01), epithelial height (10.55 µm; acinar area (18.17%; have arrested cell cycle by downregulating proliferative marker, Ki-67, proliferating nuclear antigen (PCNA). Prostate growth downregulation androgen receptor (AR) which inhibited AR mRNA transcription (RTPCR analysis) induced arrest at S phase through p27 cyclin E2 (western blot analysis). Conclusion: In conclusion, especially better agent
