ABSTRACT
Rationale
Oxylipins
play
an
important
role
in
inflammatory
processes,

myocardial
infarction.
Analyzing
a
wide
panel

derived
from
more
polyunsaturated
fatty
acids
may
provide
valuable
information
to
elucidate
relationships
between
signaling
mediator
profile
and
infarction
comprehensively.
Methods
An
ultrahigh‐performance
liquid
chromatography–tandem
mass
spectrometry
(UHPLC–MS/MS)
method
for
simultaneously
measuring
74
50‐μL
human
samples
with
10‐min
chromatographic
run
easy
operation
has
been
developed
validated.
Results
Accuracy

were
below
15%

errors
