Abstract It is difficult to recycle classic thermosetting plastics. Although some of them can be reprocessed, the mechanical properties decline linearly after processing. In addition, most plastics are not environmentally friendly and degrade, resulting in a lot pollution limiting their practical application potential. this paper, prepolymer synthesized by using castor oil (CO), hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS‐OH), toluene diisocyanate (TDI). Using 4,4'‐diaminodiphenyl disulfide (ODD) as chain extender with dynamic bond aniline (An) blocking agent, polysiloxane‐aminoester (SiCPUO) recyclable function under DMF induction was prepared. The effect amount rigid containing on SiCPUO studied, its heat resistance will first increase then decrease ODD content, especially more obvious, trend has never been reported before; recyclability tested, comprehensive performance SiCPUO2 best, tensile strength 0.84 MPa elongation at break 65.81%; solubility test different solvents showed that it recyclability, recovery rate 95%;the material self‐healing function, repair efficiency up 95%.

Abstract It is highly desirable yet challenging to develop sustainable bio‐based polyurethane with excellent mechanical properties, self‐healing, and reprocessing abilities. In this study, a rigid diol (VO) containing oxime group synthesized via the condensation reaction of lignin‐derived vanillin hydroxylamine. Subsequently, VO introduced into castor oil‐based WPU (CWPU) system prepare CWPU‐VOs high biobased content. The presence dynamic oxime‐carbamate bonds endowed self‐healing (self‐healing efficiency>95%, at 80 °C for 1 h,) properties. By adjusting ratio oil, properties (tensile strength 11.0–24.3 MPa, elongation break 642.2–312.0%) can be effectively tuned. addition, due photolysis behavior oxime‐urethane moieties, show outstanding fluorescence anti‐counterfeiting potential. This work provides new idea development high‐performance waterborne adjustable ability, fluorescent
