Objective This study was aimed at ascertaining the application value of abnormal prothrombin (PIVKA-II) and carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) in gallbladder cancer (GBC) diagnosis. Methods A total 70 GBC patients, patients with benign diseases (gallbladder stones polyps), normal health examination people were selected as malignant, benign, groups, respectively. The differences serum levels positive rates PIVKA-II CA125 compared. correlation between different clinicopathological characteristics (TNM stage differentiation degree) analyzed. receiver operating characteristic curve plotted to evaluate diagnostic for GBC, sensitivity, specificity, Youden’s index calculated. Results Serum malignant group higher vs those groups. Gallbladder stages III-IV had than I-II, poorly differentiated moderately well-differentiated patients. AUC alone combination 0.771, 0.789, 0.866, respectively, two combined that alone. Conclusion are increased have significant clinical diagnosis GBC.
