Bee pollen is characterized by an exceptional diversity and abundance of micronutrients bioactive phytochemicals. This richness remains very sparsely investigated, but accumulating evidence strongly supports a promising future for bee in human nutrition medicine. Epigenetic regulation among the most compelling biomedical topics that remain completely untapped derivative research. In our current research, we identified numerous ubiquitous compounds are consistently present this matrix, regardless its botanical geographical origins, have been well studied documented as epigenetic regulators recent years. Given relative newness both research studies within nutritional, pharmaceutical, medical sciences, review aims to bridge these valuable fields advance related experimental investigations. To best knowledge, first work has aimed comprehensively investigate modulatory potential compounds. Our findings also unveiled several intriguing phenomena, such dual effect same compound depending on cellular context or some cross-generational heritability traits. Although whole extract still lacking, study clearly indicates avenue worth further We hope constitutes foundational cornerstone investigations

Abstract Cancer is a complex disease with many contributing factors, and researchers have gained extensive knowledge that has helped them understand the diverse varied nature of cancer. The altered patterns DNA methylation found in numerous types cancer imply they may play part disease’s progression. human condition involves dysregulation methyltransferase 3 beta (DNMT3B) gene, prominent de novo methyltransferase, its abnormal behavior serves as an indicator for tumor prognosis staging. expression non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), which include microRNAs (miRNA), long (lncRNAs), circular (circRNAs), critical controlling targeted gene protein translation their correlates onset tumors. NcRNAs factor influences modulation several cellular characteristics cancerous cells. These but are not limited to, drug responsiveness, angiogenesis, metastasis, apoptosis, proliferation, properties stem cell. reciprocal regulation ncRNAs DNMT3B can act synergy to influence destiny Thus, avenue advancing prevention treatment inquiry into interplay between ncRNAs. In this review, we present comprehensive overview ncRNAs/DNMT3B axis pathogenesis. This brings about valuable insights intricate mechanisms tumorigenesis provides foundation developing effective therapeutic interventions.

Abstract MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs) with short length 19–22 nucleotides. miRNAs posttranscriptional regulators gene expression involved in various biological processes like cell growth, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. miR-184 is well-studied miRNA, for which most studies report its downregulation cancer cells tissues experiments support role as tumor suppressor inhibiting malignant behaviors vitro vivo. To exert functions, affects some signaling pathways tumorigenesis Wnt β-catenin, AKT/mTORC1 pathway, oncogenic factors (e.g., c-Myc) or apoptotic proteins, such Bcl-2. Interestingly, clinical investigations have shown good performance prognostic/diagnostic biomarker cancers. Additionally, exogenous xenograft animal suggest it therapeutic anticancer target. In this review, we outline the that evaluated roles well significance.

Abstract Background Vitamin D (VD) is implicated in various health conditions, including colorectal cancer (CRC). To investigate potential relationships between pre-chemotherapy VD levels and the time-to-outcome metastatic CRC patients, we conducted a systematic review meta-analysis. Methods Following PRISMA 2020 guidelines, performed thorough searches PubMed/MEDLINE Scopus/ELSEVIER databases (covering years 2002 to 2022). Inclusion criteria mandated studies report on individuals aged 18 above with histologically confirmed stage IV CRC. Additionally, needed provide data before chemotherapy, along hazard ratios (HR) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for overall survival (OS) and/or progression-free (PFS). Five articles were identified aim of establishing combined risk estimate death progression based levels. Heterogeneity among publication bias evaluated using Tau 2 , I statistics, Funnel plot. Results Although no significant heterogeneity was observed selected studies, variations technical assessments serum concentration measurements noted. The pooled analysis, involving 1712 patients OS 1264 PFS, revealed 47% increased (HR: 1.47, CI: 1.21–1.79) 38% 1.38, 1.13–1.70) lower levels, as indicated by fixed-effects models. Conclusions Our results emphasize adverse effects low patients. This underscores importance investigating supplementation an innovative approach this clinical setting enhance patient outcomes.

Circular RNA (circRNA), a type of non‑coding RNA, plays regulatory role in biological processes. The special loop structure circRNA makes it highly stable and specific diseased tissues cells, especially tumors. Competing endogenous RNAs (ceRNAs) compete for the binding microRNA (miRNA) at sites thus regulate gene expression. ceRNAs play an important various diseases are currently recognized as most prominent mechanism action circRNAs. circRNAs can modulate proliferation, migration, invasion apoptosis tumor cells through ceRNA mechanism. With further research, may serve novel markers therapeutic targets ovarian cancer (OC). In present review, research progress OC was summarized, focusing on effects circRNA/miRNA/mRNA axis functions mediating pivotal signaling pathways. diagnosis, prognostic assessment treatment also discussed review.
