Osteosarcoma
(OS)
is
the
most
common
bone
malignancy
in
children
and
adolescents,
although
current
neoadjuvant
chemotherapy
has
shown
efficacy
against
OS,
long-term
survival
rate
for
patients
with
OS
remains
low,
highlighting
need
to
find
more
effective
treatments.
In

signaling

apoptosis,
