This study aims to derive bioenergy from waste lather fat and citronella grass. Lather oil (LFO), grass (CGO), a mixture of leather (LFCGO), nano-additive-incorporated (NFCO) were synthesized used in diesel engines as the novelty this study. ASTM standards investigate guarantee fuel's properties. According experimental report, nanoadditive's brake thermal efficiency brake-specific fuel consumption more comparable fuel. Compared diesel, NFCO blend reduced hydrocarbon, carbon monoxide, particulate emissions by 6.48, 12.33, 16.66%, respectively, while dioxide oxides nitrogen increased. The experiment's outcomes verified using an artificial neural network (ANN). trained model exhibits remarkable coefficient determination 98%, with high R values varying 0.9075 0.9998 low mean absolute percentage error ranging 0.97 4.24 percent. Based on findings validation it can be concluded that is efficient substitute.
