Biofuel is an alternative fuel for diesel engines which necessary to reduce exhaust emissions and helps balance the depletion of fossil fuels. This study details synthesis bio-diesel bio-oil from stone apple seeds ( Aegle marmelos) through transesterification, direct oxygenate additive, pyrolysis processes. The engine powered by resulting methyl ester bio-diesel/diesel bio-oil/diesel mixtures. In a test rig, effectiveness emission uniqueness mixes were examined at various loads (EL = 3 kg–12 kg) compression ratios (CR 16–17.5) while maintaining steady speed 1500 r/min. Furthermore, performance are measured compared. oxides nitrogen (NOx) opus higher than neat (FD). Also, carbon monoxide (CO) hydrocarbon (HC) be lower. improvements BTE 4.87% decrement CO 18.8%, HC 13.26% observed with trans-esterified compared CR rated load conditions. analysis responses revealed that FBD blend showed enhanced lower except NOx fuel. Hence, greater FBDE FBO.

Abstract Diesel engines are essential in sectors such as transportation, agriculture, and power generation, offering benefits like fuel efficiency, high output, durability. However, their emissions (NO X , CO 2 CO, HC, SO PM) significantly contribute to air pollution, posing serious environmental health risks. This study aimed design fabricate a unit that simulates diesel engine tests various purification materials. The consists of combustion chamber, filtration media, exhaust pipes, with materials activated carbon, carbon magnesium oxide, Ni- Carbon Nanotube ( CNTs) nanocomposites tested under controlled conditions measure pollutant removal efficiencies. Results showed 100% achieved efficiencies 85.21% for 80.77% 68.84% HC. Combining oxide (AC: MgO) enhanced these 76.92% 86.84% 73.28% Ni-CNTs (at 0.2 concentration) demonstrated the highest performance, 93.13% 94.87% 76.02% These results emphasize potential highly efficient reducing emissions, contributing cleaner air, better public health, more sustainable technologies.
