This research was designed to evaluate the performance of CuFe12O19/CuS/Xenon system in degradation tetracycline aqueous solutions. In this study, after green synthesis nanocomposite using extract Artemisia plant, its properties were determined by XRD, FTIR, FESEM, TEM, BET, XPS, DRS, DLS, EDS, VSM, and PL. addition, parameters affecting photocatalytic tetracycline, including time, pH, TC initial concentration, dose, assessed. The findings showed that efficiency increases with increasing pH catalyst dosage. Under optimum circumstances (pH = 9, dose 0.5 g/L, time 200 min), process concentration 20 mg/L 100%. kinetics rate obeyed pseudo-first-order equation. results show six consecutive cycles, synthesized catalyst's ability did not significantly reduce. mineralization tests revealed COD TOC synthetic solution a reached 87.25% 73.06%, respectively, optimal reaction conditions. scavenger experiments confirmed OH plays most crucial role decomposition tetracycline. Generally, can effectively from environments.

The production of healthy food is one the basic requirements and challenges. Research efforts have been introduced in human's industry to reduce microbial resistance use safe alternatives with a high durability. However, conducted work about these issues field livestock animal started since 2015. Inappropriate extensive antibiotics has resulted increase antimicrobial resistance, presence drug residues tissues, destruction gut microbiome. Therefore, discovering developing antibiotic substitutes were urgent demands. Probiotic compounds containing living micro-organisms are important alternative that beneficially extensively used humans, animals, poultry. some probiotics show obstacles during applications. Accordingly, this review article proposes comprehensive description next-generation including postbiotics, proteobiotics, psychobiotics, immunobiotics paraprobiotics their effects on poultry therapy. These proved great efficiency terms restoring health, improving performance general health conditions, modulating immune response reducing pathogenic micro-organisms. more future research should be carried out regarding issue.

Lactobacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) has been globally regarded as antibiotic alternative in animal farming the past few years. However, potential function of L. broilers not systemically explored. In this study, a total 560 one-day-old yellow-feathered were randomly divided into 3 groups, fed with basal diet and drank HJZW08 (LP) at concentration 0 (CON), 1000 × 10^5 (LP1000), 2000 CFU/L (LP2000) for 70 d. Results showed that body weight (BW), average daily gain (ADG), feed intake (ADFI), immunoglobulin A (IgA), IgY, anti-inflammatory interleukin 10 (IL-10) markedly improved (P < 0.05), while levels pro-inflammatory IL-2, IL-1β, IL-6, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) serum decreased 0.05) LP2000 group comparing CON group. Besides, LP treatment groups prominently increased activities antioxidant enzymes content malondialdehyde (MDA). Additionally, isobutyric acid LP1000 isovaleric significantly improved. More importantly, α-diversity microbial structure intestinal microbiota pronounced altered by supplementation. The results only relative abundance Actinobacteriota was group, 6 kinds bacteria on genus level changed. For further validation, linear discriminant analysis effect size (LEfSe) plots revealed 8 amplicon sequence variants (ASVs) predominant Bacteroides other beneficial species such Lactimicrobium massiliense (ASV4 ASV36), Intestinimonas butyriciproducens (ASV71), Barnesiella viscericola (ASV152 ASV571) enriched groups. Taken together, dietary supplementation obviously enhanced immune status, capacity, stabilized cecal SCFAs, contributing to improvement growth performance broilers. Our study laid good foundation application probiotic industry future.
