The consumption of poultry products contaminated with Salmonella species is one the most common causes infections. In vivo studies demonstrated potential application peanut skins (PS) as an antimicrobial feed additive to help mitigate proliferation in environments. Tons PS, a waste by-product industry, are generated and disposed U.S. landfills annually. Peanut extracts have been shown possess antioxidant properties. Hence, we aimed determine effect PS on gut microbiota broilers fed control or supplemented (4% inclusion) diet inoculated without enterica Enteritidis (SE). At hatch 160 male were randomly assigned 4 treatments: 1) CON-control SE, 2) PS-PS 3) CONSE-control 4) PSSE-PS SE. On d 3, birds from CONSE PSSE treatments 4.2 × 10

To investigate the impact of maternal microbiota during lactation in different beef cattle breeds on their own immune levels, milk quality, and growth development offspring, this study measured parameters, intestinal diversity, quality Pingliang red Simmental cattle, performed a correlation analysis with offspring. Our showed that lactation, had significantly higher IL-6 levels than while latter exhibited factors such as IgG, IgA, IgM, IL-1β, TNFα. The lactating cows found were rich Bacteroidetes Fibrobacteres, proportion Actinobacteria. This difference may be related to adaptation strategies energy metabolism regulation between two breeds. In addition, revealed significant differences protein, acidity, fat, total solids. Alistipes_communis, Firmicutes_bacterium_CAG_110, Paludibacter_propionicigenes, Alistipes_sp._58_9_plus, Bacteroidales_bacterium_55_9 associated both offspring calves, including body weight, length, chest girth, cannon circumference. conclusion, provides new insights into microbiota, characteristics, effects health breeds, has important implications for breed selection management livestock industry.
