Rapid population growth, industrialization, and socioeconomic development have continued to give rise increased energy consumption. The global sector has been overshadowed by the utilization of fossil-based sources with their attendant economic, ecological, human health consequences. Though share renewable (RE) production in mix last few decades, percentage deployment indicates that is nonetheless grossly underexploited underutilized. current intervention examines strategies for achieving hydropower, solar power, wind energy, geothermal, nuclear, ocean power technologies as cost-effective, eco-friendly, low-emission RE sources. strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, attaining rapid underutilized are examined. study recommends funding investment, enactment, implementation appropriate policies, legal, regulatory frameworks, capacity infrastructural development, improved innovations, strengthening security safety measures sustainability.
