The main goal of this article is to discuss the expansion click chemistry. A new catalyst composed CuO nanoparticles embedded in Zn-MOF with ligand 2,4,6-tris(4-carboxyphenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine (H3L) presented. incorporation into structure led desirable morphology and catalytic properties. designed was evaluated for its role multicomponent reaction copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) preparation triazole rings 80–91% yield. demonstrated an appealing architecture exhibited robustness, high efficiency, environmental friendliness. Characterization performed using various techniques, including Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission microscopes (TEM), high-resolution (HRTEM), X-ray photoelectron (XPS), energy-dispersive (EDX), elemental mapping, diffraction (XRD). results suggest that novel has potential be a valuable tool development synthetic approaches wide range applications.

The reaction to obtain furan alcohols is one of the most important in upgrading derivates. An attractive route transfer hydrogenation furfural using acidic-basic catalysts. In this work, mixed oxides derived from ternary hydrotalcites were employed furfuryl alcohol assisted by microwave irradiation. These materials characterized via X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) and CO2 temperature-programmed desorption (CO2 -TPD) analyses. lamellar structure hydrotalcite-type collapses during calcination process, resulting loss carbonate anions hydroxyl groups, present interlayer space. This leads formation that exhibit larger surface areas. Furthermore, these changes alter basic nature materials, giving rise strong sites. was studied containing Co2+ Ni2+ their then optimized distinct primary secondary as hydrogen donor sources, well temperatures initial concentrations furfural. yields are strongly dependent on type Me2+ layered mainly due higher basicity reaction. oxide showed complete conversion (>95 %) at short times (<1 h).
