Abstract Efficient and reliable utilization of renewable energy at the user's end is key to achieving a low‐carbon life. The high percentage of renewable energy sources presents unprecedented challenges to the flexibility power systems, and planning for system's resources has become a necessary research area. Thus, this study constructs quota mechanism two-stage model optimal configuration multi-energy system coupling equipment satisfy growing demand in city-level electricity-gas-heat-storage systems.
