Abstract Efficient and reliable utilization of renewable energy at the user's end is key to achieving a low‐carbon life. This paper proposed new distributed system around comprehensive solar by integrating solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC), storage equipment, photovoltaic thermal (PVT) collector, heat pump. By use SOFC PVT, we can further minimize reliance on fossil fuels, while employing coupling PVT pump effectively mitigates inherent challenges energy's variability intermittency, all enhancing overall efficiency. The high percentage of renewable energy sources presents unprecedented challenges to the flexibility power systems, and planning for system's resources has become a necessary research area. Thus, this study constructs quota mechanism two-stage model optimal configuration multi-energy system coupling equipment satisfy growing demand in city-level electricity-gas-heat-storage systems.
