The extensive use of chemical fertilizers is responsible for numerous environmental problems including low food quality, soil degradation, and toxicity to beneficial living organisms in the soil. Nano-fertilizers (NFs) application may be a promising solution combat these challenges. current study focused on efficiency applying small amounts NFs incorporated with conventional nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium (NPK) reduce quantities (CFs) lettuce cultivated sandy This evaluated effect incorporations plant growth, yield, phytochemical accumulation, leaf nutrient, nitrate. A pot experiment was conducted during winter seasons 2020/2021 2021/2022 using following treatments: CF100: 100% CFs, CF75NF25: 75% CFs + 25% NFs, CF50NF50: 50% CF25NF75: NF100: (=10% CFs). Our findings displayed that CF75NF25 CF50NF50 treatments recorded highest growth parameter values (plant length, root number leaves, fresh dry biomass). maximum chlorophyll fluorescence measurements (photosystem II efficiency) were obtained plants fertilized CF75NF25, followed by CF100. improvement ratios photosynthetic pigments (Chlorophyll (Chl) a, b, total) 23.77, 50, 23.72% first season 10.10, 51.0, 24.90% second Chl total, respectively, as compared CF100 treatment. similar tendency observed Generally, significantly raised content total phenolic compounds (TPC), flavonoid (TFC), antioxidant activity (AOA) 36.09, 47.82, 40.16% 30.39, 37.53, 32.43% season, In addition, levels nutrient uptake N, P, K higher other treatments, whereas CF25NF75 had lowest among different across both most tested traits. nitrate leaves (NO3−) lower than acceptable level human consumption. These results indicate incorporating concentration into could strategy amount or NPK requirements without significant adverse effects productivity

The hotel industry is vital to the global economy, but food waste often overlooked. This issue significantly impacts profitability, sustainability, and overall achievement. Food incurs significant economic losses due expenses involved in sourcing, preparing, storing that goes unused. environmental effects of growing discarding also add secondary cost economy. financial implications include operating expenses, revenue generation, brand image. It highlights hidden charges, such as legal duties decreased consumer loyalty. Modern technology management strategies can help reduce waste, data analytics, inventory systems, sustainable sourcing techniques. Addressing improves performance, contributes sustainability goals, reduces impact hospitality business. Adopting proactive aligns with ethical issues long-term viability hotels.

Abstract The conventional techniques for protein extraction from biomass are not fully aligned with sustainability goals, so it is important to look some alternate solutions. By simultaneously extracting both soluble and insoluble proteins, deep eutectic solvents (DESs) offer a viable method valorizing protein‐rich variety of sources. Notably, the molecular crowding effects DESs may have helped unfolded proteins acquire compact stable conformations, facilitating solubilization effective extraction. However, there still lack information regarding how interact affect structure properties recovered proteins. To enable their widespread usage as sustainable dietary safety DES‐extracted must also be addressed. In this paper, we review state science in DES‐mediated extraction, focusing on mechanism interactions between Additionally, aspects that could structure, technofunctional, nutritional characteristics, extracted explored. DES‐based helpful valorize different biomasses production food due specific features.
