The agricultural sector is a vital source of human well-being that provides the necessities daily life. A variety farming systems are utilized in agriculture, such as wide range tillage options, no-till, agroforestry, precision farming, organic cover cropping, crop rotations, etc. Each these has unique challenges, and nanotechnology successfully improved on many them. Agricultural applications include nanofertilizers, nanopesticides, nanosensors, nanobiotechnology, nanoremediation. This study focuses application nano-farming technologies to different systems. Suggested practices nano improvement soil quality, nano-protection under biotic stress, nanoremediation polluted water environments, nanomanagement agro-wastes, nano-agrochemicals, nano-precision nanobiotechnology for modern farming. review also addresses expected problems may occur due over nanomaterials systems, nanopollution nanotoxicity agroecosystem compartments. Several dimensions emphasized this study, green energy, sustainable development, circular bioeconomy, land biodegradation, pollution, one health approach, essential global goals development. Nanofarming presents both benefits obstacles exact balance between challenges needs more study.

This review delves into innovative technologies to improve the control of vascular fungal plant pathogens. It also briefly summarizes traditional biocontrol approaches manage them, addressing their limitations and emphasizing need develop more sustainable precise solutions. Powerful tools such as next-generation sequencing, meta-omics, microbiome engineering allow for targeted manipulation microbial communities enhance pathogen suppression. Microbiome-based include design synthetic consortia transplant entire or customized soil/plant microbiomes, potentially offering resilient adaptable strategies. Nanotechnology has advanced significantly, providing methods delivery biological agents (BCAs) compounds derived from them through different nanoparticles (NPs), including bacteriogenic, mycogenic, phytogenic, phycogenic, debris-derived ones acting carriers. The use biodegradable polymeric non-polymeric eco-friendly NPs, which enable controlled release antifungal while minimizing environmental impact, is explored. Furthermore, artificial intelligence machine learning can revolutionize crop protection early disease detection, prediction outbreaks, precision in BCA treatments. Other genome editing, RNA interference (RNAi), functional peptides efficacy against pathogenic fungi. Altogether, these provide a comprehensive framework management diseases, redefining modern agriculture.

Kale has gained popularity as a healthy food choice due to its rich nutrient profile. However, kale production systems are also affected by various pests and diseases, especially plant pathogenic bacteria, such Pectobacterium carotovorum. The purpose of this research was investigate the biocontrol activity Pseudomonas fluorescens strain SP007s develop formulation that provides stability, long shelf life, disease control, well promoting growth in kale; we expect have further commercial applications cultivation kale. results indicated unique mixture paper sludge, sugar glycerol at 40% relative humidity promoted SP007 survival for 6 months room temperature (30 °C) with measures 5.92 × 106 CFU/g. This treatment maintained control efficacy P. carotovorum infected soil within 28 days drenching. We evaluated formula controlling soft rot greenhouse conditions, our revealed it can reduce 65.2% promotes terms canopy width, shoot height, number leaves per plant, fresh weight, dry which were superior control. In addition, induce accumulation endogenous salicylic acid phenolic compounds, systemic acquired resistance pathway defense system. Therefore, be promising novel use production, acts against causal disease.

Quinoa saponins are pentacyclic triterpene compounds composed of one triterpenoid glycoside and two different sugar chains. Previous studies have showed that natural quinoa little or no antifungal activity, there few reports about their effects in recent decades. Fusarium wilt caused by oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici (FOL) is the most serious for tomatoes field under greenhouse conditions. The main objective this study was to investigate effectiveness concentrations application modes crude from bran against causal pathogen tomato a experiment. results anti-FOL activity weak vitro, but significantly enhanced vivo. Tomato seeds seedlings treated with solution at 0.5 1.0 g/L reduced disease incidence (%) wilt. treatment types saponin influence on preventive wilt, among them, root soaking > foliar spray seed soaking. inhibited germination some extent. However, rate after comparable chemical pesticide (thiram carboxin); therefore, it could be used control disease. This due fact vivo much higher than vitro when concentration between 0.5–1.0 g/L, indicating may achieved mainly inducing resistance. investigation supports potential use as supplier compounds, foundation future examining new resource FOL.
