Abstract
Perovskite
solar
cells
using
pristine
and
6%
Bi-doped
MAPbI
2 Br
perovskite
layers
are
deposited
a
spin
coating
route.
XRD
analysis
reveals
that
the
structure
of
is
cubic
grown
films
integrating
large
grains
with
low
micro-strain.
UV-visible
spectra
cell
show
narrower
bandgap
(E
g )
higher
refractive
index.
The
characteristics
ETL
directly
affect
photovoltaic
performance
Bi-MAPbI
2 Br
material.
present
report
aims
to
propose
new
double
electron
transport
layer
composed
TiO
2
Al-SnO
2
for
MAPbI
2 Br-based
PSCs.
In
experimental
approach,
we
reached
high
open
circuit
voltage
value
1.07V,
while
achieving
remarkable
power
conversion
efficiencies
10.39
%.
Notably,
this
consistent
highest
V
oc
achieved
so
far
Bi-MAPbI
2 Br-based
PSCs
an
inorganic
(Al-SnO
2 ).
results
from
study
underscore
importance
conduction
band
alignment
enhance
flow
minimize
recombination.
