article
propose
the
basic
structure
of
laser
power
converters
(LPCs)
on
basis
intermediate-band
solar
cells
(IB-SCs)
assisted
by
quantum
ratchet
(QR)
mechanism.
The
LPCs
convert
efficiently
both
high-power
and
low-cost
light
800−1000
nm
in
wavelength
eye-safe
∼1500
to
electricity.
Furthermore,

highly
efficient
SCs.
Thus,
proposed
dual-wavelength
(DW)
fulfill
functions
required
for
used
optical
wireless
transmission
driving
electric
vehicles;
