This study introduces a novel sensitive and environment-friendly spectrofluorimetric method for determination of an important muscle relaxant drug, tizanidine, with no need using organic solvents or any pre-derivatization steps. strategy depends on tizanidine quenching effect the native fluorescence newly synthesized nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots (N-CQDs) from Tetraclinis articulata extract, first time, microwave-assisted synthetic in only 4 min. Full characterization N-CQDs was performed by different microscopic spectroscopic techniques. The showed good emission at 380 nm when excited 312 nm. is one analysis spectrofluorimetrically as nanosensors. developed approach demonstrated linearity within range 0.1-1.0 μg/mL correlation coefficient 0.9997 detection limit 0.024 μg/mL. successfully applied estimation its tablets human urine samples high % recoveries (98.04-101.67) low %RSD (< 1.5) values. Furthermore, content uniformity testing accordance USP guidelines. method's eco-friendliness evaluated AGREE ComplexGAPI metrics. Validation according to ICHQ2 (R2)

ABSTRACT The COVI D‐19‐2024 is one of the most frequently occurring illnesses worldwide. One symptoms COVID‐19 sever cough. This study presents a novel first derivative synchronous spectrofluorimetric method that rapid, highly sensitive, cost‐effective, and environmentally safe for determining two coformulated anticough drugs, dextromethorphan guaifenesin, simultaneously. At 281.5 297.4 nm, respectively, fluorescence guaifenesin was measured. dilution solvent methanol, wavelength difference (Δλ) 20 nm. verified good linearity ( r > 0.999) both (10.0–200.0 ng mL −1 ) (30.0–800.0 within intended concentration ranges. findings showed suggested had high degree sensitivity, with detection limits being 8.64 1.81 , respectively. For analytes, intraday interday precisions were less than 0.81% RSD. With low percentage RSD values recoveries, developed successfully used to estimate aforementioned medications in dosage forms human plasma samples CACI tool evaluated method's economy, usefulness, applicability, whereas MoGAPI AGREE metrics its exceptional eco‐friendliness greenness. procedure thoroughly compliance ICH Q2 (R2) standards.
