Waste is our common problem because it generated every day and throughout the year. People’s behavior in throwing rubbish any place not caring about environment can house an unpleasant atmosphere, especially type of organic waste that causes odor. The aim to find out managing as feed cultivating Black Soldier Flies (BSF) RT 32 Bengkuring. Qualitative research method with action (AR) approach. results show first stage, here no management by residents 32. Second he implementation socialization training on BSF/maggot fly cultivation was welcomed community shops, government, local residents. Third phase, most mothers were amused or disgusted see maggots during they are shaped like caterpillars, so difficult them waste. Besides that, get permission from owners houses residential land has been used for a long time their whereabouts unknown owner.
