There a dearth studies identify the factors that improve HIS developing Thus, this study investigates influencing acceptance among public healthcare staff. A survey was administered 170 medical professionals, including nurses and doctors. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) applied dataset with 5000 bootstrap subsamples. research model based on prior literature by extending Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) context healthcare. positive relationship observed between actual use constructs such as perceived usefulness, ease use, attitude, behavioural intention, supervisors, computer anxiety facilitating conditions. These findings confirm applicability proposed extended TAM system country. Furthermore, practitioners policymakers sector would find these results valuable.

Purpose This study aims to explore the role of ChatGPT literacy within technology acceptance model (TAM) framework and its potential for learners English as a foreign language (EFL), whereby is integrated into their informal digital learning activities. Design/methodology/approach Data from 543 Chinese EFL were collected using cross-sectional quantitative method. The relationships between six factors, namely, literacy, perceived ease use, usefulness, attitude, behavioral intention actual conceptualized tested based on TAM framework. was verified partial least squares structural equation modeling. Findings findings indicated that significant predictor use which two core variables with impact attitude. Perceived positively influenced indicating mediating usefulness in this path. Attitude significantly intention, predicted use. Moreover, moderated relationship Originality/value extends by incorporating moderator Empirical evidence further offered including language-learning instrument great extramural learner settings.

E-pharmacy has gained popularity as an increasingly utilized platform for accessing healthcare services online. However, its adoption exhibits regional variations and necessitates improvement in certain aspects. Guided by the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) Trust theory, this research explores pivotal role information literacy influencing attitudes, perceived control, word mouth, trust. The overarching aim is to understand how these factors collectively impact services.

In the ever-evolving nature of healthcare sector, advent electronic-Pharmacy introduces a dynamic shift in how consumers acquire and access medical pharmaceutical products. The research utilized behaviour reasoning theory. study evaluated reasons for adopting against electronic-Pharmacy. By employing qualitative approach, this unravels rich contextual narrative insights, shedding light on complexities individual decision-making processes. received responses from 28 through an in-depth interview, thematic data analysis was employed analysis. outcome is summarized as follows. respondents indicated that essential electronic pharmacy services include convenience accessibility, prescription management, cost affordability, logistics, timely delivery. On other hand, adoption trust security concerns, regulatory challenges legal uncertainties, lack internet privacy concerns. As technology changes delivery, closes knowledge gap between theory practice by offering crucial insights into behavioural aspects influencing or resistance. findings are anticipated to significantly impact academic discourse surrounding electronic-health practical implementation strategies enhance integration conventional systems.

This study explores how customers recognize and accept artificial intelligence devices (AIDs) in the realm of sustainable banking services, applying Artificially Intelligent Device Use Acceptance (AIDUA) model. research not only seeks to corroborate AIDUA model sector, but also aims enrich it by introducing technological literacy as a moderating factor, particularly perspective banking. Data were collected through 435 valid, self-administered face-to-face surveys from bank China, determined convenience sampling. The hypotheses, covering both direct effects, examined using structural equation modeling. verifies applicability reliability model, assessing customer acceptance AIDs within services. findings indicate that unfolds three distinct phases. Initially, consumers’ perceptions social influence (SI), hedonic motivation (HM), perceived anthropomorphism (PA) positively their green performance expectancy (GPE) effort (GEE) concerning AIDs. As result, greater GPE GEE among lead stronger positive emotions, which greatly contribute increased usage reduction resistance implementation. Additionally, determine plays substantial role association connecting emotions relation adopting AIDs, thereby highlighting its importance advancing initiatives.
