The emission of greenhouse gases has grown in unprecedented levels since the beginning industrial era. As a result, global climate changes, such as heightened temperature and ocean acidification, are expected to negatively impact populations. The general aim of this study was to investigate the negative short-term effects different concentrations chlorpyrifos (CPF) and cypermethrin (CYP), based on EU legislation (MAC-EQS) in common carp (Cyprinus carpio Linnaeus, 1758) under laboratory conditions compare their toxicity. fish were exposed pesticides for 96 h then histological biochemical biomarkers investigated gills liver, bioaccumulation analyses conducted. chemical studies showed increased pesticide as first site pollutants compared liver at 96th hour. In addition, severe alterations after exposure both tested pesticides. gills, we found mainly intense proliferative and, a lesser extent, degenerative changes circulatory system, such necrosis vasodilation. regressive progressive lesions, well disturbances inflammation, observed. lesions higher degree expression other changes. Furthermore, altered enzymatic activities—catalase, glutathione reductase, peroxidase—in control. Overall, impacted studied carp, even lower than those permitted by law.
