Determining the level of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) in packaged carbonated beverages is a current need to ensure food safety. High-selectivity and -accuracy identification individual PAEs can be achieved by chromatographic mass spectrometric (MS) techniques. However, these methods are slow; involve complicated, expensive instruments professional laboratories; consume large amount organic solvents. As such, analysis method needed conveniently rapidly evaluate multiple contaminants on site. In this study, with assistance ultrasound, we quickly determined total soft drinks using 1.5 mL petroleum ether one step. Then, characteristic molecular fluorescence spectrum all samples (excitation (Ex)/emission (Em) at 218/351 nm) selectively concentrated sulfuric derivatization. The relative standard deviations fluorescent intensities mixed solutions five different were lower than 7.1% three concentration levels. limit detection proposed 0.10 μmol L-1, which matches that some methods, but uses less solvent cheaper instruments. These microextraction devices spectrometer portable provide an instant result, shows promise for evaluation successfully detected 38 kinds drink from local supermarkets, indicating its potential applications beverage industry.

In recent years, the diffusive gradients in thin films (DGT) technique has also been increasingly applied to assess bioavailability of heavy metals and organic pollutants soil. The combination binding diffusion phases made from different materials allows for targeted determination target substances. This review briefly introduces compositions development DGT analyzes composition structure impact environmental factors, such as pH, ion strength (IS), dissolved matter (DOM), on evaluation Finally, application potential broad prospects were expected. addition, standardized methods calibration procedures are conducive establishment a more stable reliable measurement system enhance robustness
