The tendency of microbiota changes in the soil Ganoderma leucocontextum continuous cultivation is investigated by high-throughput sequencing technology. Medium bag G. with uncultivated significantly increased organic matter (OM), hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus, and potassium content soil. relative abundance dominant beneficial bacteria (Sphingomonas spp., Mucilaginibacter Bryobacter Bradyrhizobium spp.) for cultivation, was decreased Mortierella spp. Pyrenochaeta were fungi negative effects on correlations between physicochemical properties indicated that not only caused factors but also affected structure microbial communities, especially environmental factors.

Introduction Arecae semen, which is derived from the dried ripe seed of Areca catechu L., has been commonly used as one major traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). Three types crude herbal preparations, namely, raw semen (AS), tostum (SAS), and carbonisata (FAS), are available for different clinical applications in TCMs. Although aflatoxin contamination reported preliminarily, only a few studies have conducted on fungal contamination. Methods In this study, presence fungi surface three (AS, SAS, FAS) that collected four provinces were investigated using high-throughput sequencing internal transcribed spacer 2. Results showed phyla Ascomycota (75.45%) Basidiomycota (14.29%) genera Wallemia (7.56%), Botryosphaeria (6.91%), Davidiella (5.14%), Symbiotaphrina (4.87%) dominant fungi, they presented significant differences areas processed products ( p < 0.05). The α-diversity network complexity exhibited sampling locations 0.05), with higher Yunnan (Chao 1, 213.45; Shannon, 4.61; average degree, 19.96) Hainan 198.27; 4.21; 22.46) provinces. Significant noted samples; SAS group had highest 167.80; 4.54) (average 18.32). Conclusions conclusion, diversity composition microbiome shaped by location processing methods. This work provides details samples highlights importance roles origin methods microbiomes, ensuring drug efficacy food safety.

The microbial effect of long-term heavy metal pollution on farmland remains unclear. Here, we investigated (bacterial and fungal) communities in topsoil rhizosphere samples with (Cd, Cu, Pb, Zn) from four different types tillage plots around an abandoned zinc smelter set up 85 years ago analyzed the complex relationship between microorganisms, plants, metals (HMs) soil to guide strategies for further remediation measures. abundance diversity index results showed that bacterial fungal diversities were significantly different. Meanwhile, correlation analysis HMs bacteria Pseudomonas fungi Chaetothyriales Fusarium had a good tolerance HM pollution, but Vicinamibacteraceae, JG30_KF_CM45, RB41, Gaiella, MB-A2-108, 67-14, Microvirga, Glomerellales, Hypocreales, Chaetomium, Mortierella all indications being sensitive toxicity. Our structural equation model (SEM) attributed inhibition Zn promotion Cd diversity, weak revealed effects type these diversities.

Drought and nitrogen addition are important factors influencing soil microorganisms changes in the environment. In future, droughts will become more frequent, shorter, severe. However, little is known about organic carbon components, enzyme activity, composition, structure, functional genes of microbial communities under short-term drought application conditions. this study, we used metagenomics sequencing technology to explore composition drought, application, their interactions artificial grasslands Loess Plateau. The results indicated that (I) all increased particulate (POC) content. (II) Short-term contents biomass (MBC) (MBN), as well activity. (III) significantly bacterial alpha diversity, whereas enhanced fungal diversity. (IV) inhibited Fusarium prevent plant diseases. (V) enriched relative abundance related cycling amino acid metabolism, while reduced but glycan biosynthesis metabolism. These clearly showed that, altered communities. Our research suggests event frequent can be considered maintain diversity sustain cycling.

Tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum Gaertn.) is an important pseudocereal crop with excellent edible, nutritional and medicinal values. However, the yield of (TB) very low due to old-fashioned cultivation techniques, particularly unreasonable application nitrogen fertilizer. To improve understanding on theories use in TB, effects growth, as well chemical properties microbial community rhizosphere soil were investigated this study. Nitrogen could promote plant height, stem diameter, accumulation TB. The relative abundance diversity bacteria fungi TB improved by increased beneficial such Lysobacter Sphingomonas soil, decreased pathogenic Fusarium Plectosphaerella. results indicated that changed distribution communities soil. Furthermore, specific enriched or depleted microorganisms four varieties analyzed at OTU level. 87 nitrogen-responsive genes sequence variation identified integrating genomic re-sequencing transcriptome analysis, these may involve recruitment different varieties. This study provided new insights into growth community, mechanisms root-microbe interactions.
