Knowledge about the decomposition of litter in signal grass pastures is still limited, especially managed under deferred grazing. Thus, we aimed to evaluate chemical composition, carbon/nitrogen (C/N) ratio, and rate (Urochloa decumbens cv. Basilisk) not fertilized with N (U0), 50 kg·N·ha−1 (U50), 100 (U100), intercropped calopo (Calopogonium mucunoides Desv.) (UC), grazing at different incubation times for two experimental periods (2017–2018 2018–2019). Data were analyzed using a randomized block design four management systems blocks, each containing replicates per treatment. Nitrogen sources increased concentrations before incubation. incubated affected by periods, increasing over time, mainly U50 U100. U100 samples exhibited higher acid detergent insoluble nitrogen (ADIN) levels than U0 only period 2. Notably, C/N ratio did differ systems; however, it decreased final values 24:1 26:1 1 2, respectively. Overall, from or biological concentrations, but their ADIN concentrations. However, affect ratios no differences biomass observed among systems, possibly due occurring prior sampling.

The Kvarken Archipelago is Finland's World Heritage site designated by UNESCO. How climate change has affected the Kvaken remains unclear. This study was conducted to investigate this issue analyzing air temperature and water quality in area. Here we use long-term historical data sets of 61 years from several monitoring stations. Water parameters included chlorophyll-a; total phosphorus; nitrogen; coliform bacteria thermos tolerant; temperature; nitrate as nitrite-nitrate nitrogen, Secchi depth correlations analysis identify most relevant parameters. Based on correlation weather parameters, showed a significant with (Pearson's = 0.89691, P < 0.0001). increased April (R2 (goodness-of-fit) 0.2109 &P 0.0009) July 0.1207 0.0155) which indirectly chlorophyll-a level (e.g. June increasing slope 0.39101, R2 0.4685, 0.0001) an indicator phytoplankton growth abundance systems. concludes that there might be indirect effects likely increase Archipelago, particular causing concentration at least some months.
