Driven by climate change, the frequent occurrence of regional destructive floods poses a grave threat to socio-economic systems and ecological environments. Previous flood risk studies have disregarded transfer within region, resulting in inadequate assessment ineffective disaster prevention mitigation outcomes. Therefore, this study introduced "Source-Sink" theory into field constructing model. Since 2016, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment Beijing Municipal Government have adjusted minimum concentration limit for ambient air dustfall several times, indicating that they attach great importance to dustfall.
