Di(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), a widely utilized plasticizer in various consumer products, is classified as an endocrine disruptor and has been implicated numerous adverse health effects, including oxidative stress, inflammation, metabolic disturbances. Despite the growing body of literature addressing systemic effects DEHP, specific influence DEHP-induced stress on mitochondrial function within detoxification organs, particularly liver kidneys, remains largely unexplored. This study evaluated DEHP exposure (0, 100, 200, 400 mg/kg/day) trace elements, mineral metabolism associated with signaling pathways kidneys rats. Altered status was indicated by impaired glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD), 6-phosphoglucerate (6-PGD), glutathione reductase (GR), s-transferase (GST), peroxidase (GPx) activities, along significant disruptions essential minerals Na, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe. Key pathways, such NF-κB, Akt, STAT3, CREB, glucose, tissue homeostasis, displayed dose-dependent responses to indicating complex regulatory mechanisms. represents first comprehensive investigation into dysfunction, highlighting its metabolism, element cellular organs. These findings provide novel insights mechanisms underlying toxicity underscores need for further research implications human health.

Although the concept of endocrine disruptors first appeared almost 30 years ago, relatively recent involvement these substances in etiology metabolic pathologies (obesity, diabetes, hepatic steatosis, etc.) has given rise to Metabolic Disrupting Chemicals (MDCs). Organs such as liver and adipose tissue have been well studied context disruption by substances. The intestine, however, unexplored despite its close link with organs. In vivo models are useful for study effects MDCs intestine and, addition, allow investigations into interactions rest organism. latter respect, zebrafish is an animal model which used increasingly characterization use a assessing on will, no doubt, expand. Kidney transplantation is an effective way to improve the condition of patients with end-stage renal disease. However, maintaining long-term graft function and improving patient survival remain a key challenge after kidney transplantation. Dysbiosis intestinal flora has been reported be associated complications in transplant recipients. The commensal microbiota plays important role immunomodulation recipient responses. several processes, such as use perioperative antibiotics high-dose immunosuppressants recipients, can lead gut dysbiosis disrupt interaction between host immune responses, which turn infection rejection organ In this review, we summarize discuss changes their influencing factors well evidence related impact on prognosis from

Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) are environmental and industrial agents that interfere with hormonal functions. EDC exposure is linked to various endocrine diseases, especially in reproduction, although the mechanisms remain unclear effects vary among individuals. Neuroinflammation, particularly hypothalamic inflammation, an emerging research area implications for endocrine-related diseases like obesity. The hypothalamus plays a crucial role regulating its inflammation can adversely affect reproductive health. EDCs cross blood-brain barrier, potentially causing disrupting axis. This review examines existing literature on EDC-mediated inflammation. Our findings suggest 2,3,7,8-tetrachloro-dibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD), polychlorinated biphenyl (PCB), tributyltin (TBT), phthalates, bisphenol A (BPA), chlorpyrifos (CPF) animals specifically affecting centers of gonadotropic To our knowledge, this first comprehensive topic, indicating as possible mediator between dysfunction. Further human studies needed develop effective prevention treatment strategies against exposure.
