The production of high quality liquid nitrogen fertilizer with both nutrient comprehensive and biostimulant properties by alkaline thermal hydrolysis sewage sludge has shown great potential in agricultural production. However, little is known about the effects sludge-derived nutrients, biostimulants (SS-NB) on leaf photosynthesis root growth rice. Phenotypic, metabolic microbial analyses were used to reveal mechanism SS-NB Compared NF treatment, phenotypic parameters (fresh/dry weight, soluble sugar, amino acid, protein) increased can enhance rice leaves improving photoconversion efficiency, chlorophyll content, ATP synthase activity, Rubisco NADPH Meanwhile, also antioxidant capacity (SOD, POD, CAT proline) tissues. Metabolomics revealed that application expression levels metabolites tissues, including carbohydrate, sulfur metabolism, acid antioxidants, phytohormone. Most importantly, regulation tissues more sensitive than especially higher antioxidants phytohormones (IAA GA) Furthermore, abundance photosynthetic autotrophic, organic acids-degrading denitrifying functional bacteria roots recruited plant growth-promoting (Azospirillum norank_f_JG30-KF-CM45), while treatment group resulted an imbalance community, leading dominance pathogenic bacteria. results showed had crop stress resistance improvement.

Biostimulant application can be considered an effective, practical, and sustainable nutritional crop supplementation may lessen the environmental problems related to excessive fertilization. Biostimulants provide beneficial properties plants by increasing plant metabolism, which promotes yield improves quality of crops; protecting against stresses such as water shortage, soil salinization, exposure sub-optimal growth temperatures; promoting via higher nutrient uptake. Other important benefits include enzymatic microbial activities, changing architecture roots, solubility mobility micronutrients, enhancing fertility soil, predominantly nurturing development complementary microbes. are classified microbial, arbuscular mycorrhizae fungi (AMF), plant-growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), non-pathogenic fungi, protozoa, nematodes, or non-microbial, seaweed extract, phosphite, humic acid, other inorganic salts, chitin chitosan derivatives, protein hydrolysates free amino acids, complex organic materials. Arbuscular mycorrhizal among most prominent biostimulants have role in cultivating better, healthier, more functional foods agriculture. AMF assist acquisition; enhance stress tolerance salinity, drought, heavy metals; reduce erosion. proven a environmentally friendly source supplements. The current manuscript gives many examples potential for production different crops. However, further studies needed better understand effectiveness review focuses on how overcome limitations typical systems improving availability, uptake, assimilation, consequently reducing gap between conventional yields. aim this literature is survey impacts presenting case successful paradigms crops well introducing main mechanisms action biostimulant products.

Abstract Production of liquid fertilizers containing nitrogenous nutrients and biostimulants from sewage sludge (SS-NB) has been attracting increasing attention due to its excellent fertilization effect resource recycling attributes. To better understand the functional effects in SS-NB on soil, adsorption capacity mechanism straw biochar (SB) wood chip (WCB) for alkaline neutral components were investigated. The total organic carbon (TOC) by WCB was 61.14% 89.73%, respectively, higher than that SB, which 56.25% 83.36%. Moreover, TOC more readily adsorbed, especially fulvic humic acids. SB had a strong calcium ions nitrogen (TKN, nitrate N, protein, amino acid) released large amounts P. Biofertilizers derived from microalgae are increasingly used as promising materials for improving crop growth and development, producing fewer catastrophic environmental effects. Hence, the large-scale production of eco-friendly broad-spectrum biofertilizers is mandatory. Therefore, this study was designed to examine potential efficacy isolated algae strains, such Spirulina platensis, maxima, Chlorella vulgaris, improve development Pak Choi. A completely randomized design (CRD) carried out, with five replications six levels (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 g) each microalga biofertilizer, using Choi test plant. Treatment found increase Choi’s overall performance, biochemical nutritional composition. The application platensis maxima at 2 g a biofertilizer showed significant (p < 0.05) positive impacts on above- below-ground biomass, photosynthetic parameters, composition, attributes different parts tissues.
