Pollution control is of great value in order to achieve sustainable development and meet the needs human development. This paper utilizes data from four rounds longitudinal surveys conducted between 2012 2018 as part China Labor Force Dynamic Survey. Employing multiple linear regression methods, it empirically investigates impact pollution on well-being rural residents. Empirical results show that even after accounting for individual, village, family characteristics, significantly affects happiness Notably, water emerges having most pronounced residents’ happiness. Furthermore, enhances residents by improving village environment, fostering harmony, enhancing physical mental health individuals. A heterogeneity analysis indicates exerts a stronger influence central western region ordinary villages, while its somewhat weaker eastern region. Addressing issue remains imperative, along with stimulating endogenous drivers ecological revitalization, effectiveness grassroots governance areas, continually bolstering sense among populace.

Non-point source pollution (NPSP) originates from domestic agricultural pollutants and deforestation. Agricultural NPSP discharges into rivers oceans through precipitation soil runoff. Awareness research regarding its harmful effects on human health the environment are increasing. The Diffuse Pollution Estimation with Remote Sensing (DPeRS) model, a distributed model proposed by Chinese researchers, seeks to predict includes modules estimating nitrogen phosphorus balance, vegetation coverage, dissolved pollution, absorbed pollution. By applying DPeRS present work aims distribution of all in Henan Province, China 2021. We used statistical yearbook, remotely sensed, hydrological data as input. To facilitate uncertainty characterization predictions, we performed sensitivity analysis, which identified input variables that contributed most output. Specifically, ArcGIS for processing balance equations, an ENVI 5.3 software system deriving cover, RUSLE erosion predicting absorption Dissolved was estimated using unified approach runoff, urban rural resident, livestock pollutants.
