Resource-based cities had an irreplaceable role in the process of economic miracle China. Advancing such cities’ carbon emissions reduction is a crucial aspect country’s steady realisation dual peak and neutrality strategy. The reasonable implementation environmental regulation efficiency factor marketisation allocation are key links for resource-based to improve performance, break resource curse reduce emissions. Based on this, this study centres driving relationship between regulation, performance as core research problem. This takes panel data 116 China from 2006 2020 sample; non-radial meta-frontier total index selected measurement emission based applicability analysis model. explores characteristics regional heterogeneity type driven by under moderating effect further threshold effect, aiming clarify three. findings reveal that intensity exhibits fluctuating upward trend, transformed compliance cost innovation compensation. has double superposition fluctuation indicating market government effectiveness can operate together performance. these results, proposes countermeasures suggestions improving using allocation.

In the context of economic globalization, international trade facilitates cross-border production and consumption but raises concerns such as carbon transfer from corporate activities. This study investigates influence executives’ green awareness on global value chain (GGVC) using matched data Chinese customs enterprises, along with newly constructed GVC net flow indicators econometric models. From 2007 to 2016, in A-share listed companies significantly promoted development, proactive, green-oriented executives driving greater upgrades. Variations backgrounds, firm types, regional education levels, highly digitalized environments further shaped effectiveness leadership. The findings provide empirical evidence insights into export management practices.

Measuring the low carbon performance of buildings is a crucial method for achieving construction industry's strategic goal “double carbon.” The emission factor calculation approach proposed by IPCC utilized to create model steel-concrete composite structure bridge across its whole life cycle. discount rate used determine dynamic emissions structural bridge, which are then compared static emissions. strength evaluated using fuzzy comprehensive technique. application analysis conducted on basis in Beijing. According findings, primarily concentrated during preparation, production, and operation building materials. bridge's 103.966 1378.674 ktCO 2 e, respectively. After material recovery, values 95.141 e 1107.751 ratio ranges from 7 34, highlighting significance temporal value. recycling components, dropped 2.565 2.353, while fell 2.422 2.210, both were medium strengths. this study can successfully examine bridges environmental economic perspectives, it be select more environmentally friendly materials methods increase efficiency. It also provides valuable data assistance establishment execution protection measures, thereby promoting long-term sustainable development.
