While several researchers have investigated the anaerobic digestion (AD) of textile wastewater for dye degradation, their studies suffer from lower biogas productivity due to substrate inhibition and occurrence secondary pollution digestate disposal. Hence, this study focuses on using extract wheat straw (WS) as a co-substrate facilitate AD process, followed by recycling sludge biochar production. In first study, batch digesters were operated at different (DW)/WS ratios (0–50% v/v), substrate-to-inoculum ratio 0.28–0.50 g/g, pH 7.0 ± 0.2, 37 °C. The digester DW/WS fraction 65/35% (v/v) showed best chemical oxygen demand (COD) removal efficiency 68.52 3.40% with bio-CH4 270.52 19.14 mL/g CODremoved. About 52.96 3.61% initial COD mass was converted CH4, avoiding caused volatile fatty acid (VFA) accumulation. second experiment, dry thermally treated 550 °C 2 h under an oxygen-deprived condition, yielding 0.613 0.031 g biochar/g. This exhibited multiple functional groups, mineral contents, high stability (O/C = 0.193). combined digestion/pyrolysis scenario treating 35 m3/d (106.75 kg COD/d) could maintain profits reduction, biogas, biochar, carbon trading, obtaining 6.5-year payback period.

This study highlights the extensive use of and full reliance on nonrenewable sources like fossil base fuels results in availability shortage, increased economy, depletion carbon sink, CO2 emission high, environmental pollution, drastic change climate mismanagement waste. To overcome this problem, renewable resources together with nuclear advanced approaches resulted fewer are used to decarbonize GHG/CO2 emissions, storage technology lower pricing achieve net-zero sustainability environment. The proposed policies their implementation occurrence at national international levels also carbon-free production enhanced consistency. On environmentally friendly policies, problem could be solved by global contribution government, stakeholders, public sectors, engagement policy coherence integration towards making implementing via for achieving emissions.
