Novel univariate and chemometrics-aided UV spectrophotometric methods were tailored to undergo the fundamentals of green white analytical chemistry for simultaneous estimation a ternary mixture olanzapine (OLA), fluoxetine HCL (FLU), its toxic impurity 4-(Trifluoromethyl) phenol (FMP) without any prior separation. The dual-wavelength ratio spectrum method was used determine OLA FLU in presence FMP range (4-20) (5-50) μg/ml, respectively. In compliance with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) standards, technique validated established Remarkable accuracy (98-102%) precision (< 2%) limits quantification (LOQs) 0.432 2.002 Partial least squares (PLS) artificial neural networks (ANNs) are chemometric methodologies that have advantages over use significant innovations employing Latin hypercube sampling (LHS), allowing generation reliable validation set guarantee effectiveness sustainability these models. concentration ranges (2-20), μg/ml; PLS, LOQs 0.602, 0.508, 1.429 root mean square errors prediction (RMSEPs) 0.087, 0.048, 0.159 OLA, FMP, FLU, respectively; ANNs, 0.551, 0.465, 0.965 RMSEPs 0.056, 0.047, 0.087 developed yield greener National Environmental Methods Index (NEMI) an eco-scale assessment (ESA) score 90 complementary Green Analytical Procedure (complex GAPI) quadrants greenness metric (AGREE) 0.8. Red‒Green-Blue 12 algorithm (RGB 12) scored 88.9, outperforming reported demonstrating widespread practical environmental approval. Statistical analysis revealed no noteworthy differences (P > 0.05) among proposed published techniques. Both pure powders pharmaceutical capsules analyzed via methods.
