Recent studies have shown that kitchen pollution is a major concern during cooking. Cooking can release harmful pollutants such as various sizes of particulate matters (PMs) and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) harm the human body directly or indirectly. This study examined from cooking in different Chinese areas, including concentrations PMs size distribution well PAHs rural urban locations. were collected cooking, particular matter analysed. Additionally, conducted risk assessment economic analysis. The results showed released kitchens higher than kitchens. Specifically, PM 1.0 , 2.5 10 5.05, 3.39 3.78 times PAH concentration was 4.79, 5.82 6.30 kitchens, respectively. Skin contact poses highest carcinogenic amongst pathways. Females had exposure to carcinogens males. Furthermore, smaller adsorption capacity for are more larger particles. effects fuels. It aimed improve environments increase use clean energy.
