Abstract

Economic transformation is an effective strategy for resource-based regions to avoid the “resource curse”. In China’s high-quality development stage, using new-generation IT guide economic structure adjustment, industrial upgrading, and technological innovation of great practical significance. It also helps achieve ecological development. Based on SDM, this paper takes smart eco-innovation as driving force transformation. The system constructed built from five aspects: innovation, coordination, green development, openness, sharing. Additionally, based interrelationships among subsystems, constructs causal loop diagrams flow diagrams. Taking Daqing City in China example, it conducts a scenario simulation driven by eco-innovation. finding shows that combined policy effects are most significant regions. This study provides new perspective. explores “smart eco-style” approach references such China.
