In this study, improvement of the electro-Fenton process using Fe-MIL-88B along with innovation in reactor simultaneous rotation cathodes and anodes was carried out to remove Acid Blue 25. For purpose, nanocatalyst synthesised by thermal solvent method characterised FT-IR, EDAX, XRD, FESEM. experiments, an electrochemical cell a useful volume 1 L rotating were used nanoparticles added system as slurry. To determine appropriate values effective parameters, OFAT used. According results, 0.3 g/L Fe-MIL-88B, pH equal 3, dye concentration 75 mg/L, current intensity 0.228 A, velocity 100 rpm chosen suitable for process. optimal conditions, removal efficiency reached 92.3% after 90 min, which resulted 14.5% compared conventional under same conditions. Also, efficiencies 77.08 63.63% obtained COD TOC, respectively. The results indicated acceptable decomposition effluent into less hazardous compounds.
